Shimano CM-1000 Sport Camera is a 1080p action camera designed specifically for cyclists. The unit itself weighs only 86 grams, which includes the battery and memory card. This makes it light enough to clip to a helmet or such and then forget about. The durable body is waterproof to 10m and dust resistant.
Shimano has a reputation for innovation and quality, and the CM-1000 continues this tradition delivering a lightweight and compact high-definition video camera with advanced connectivity options. The unit makes using the cameras critical functions a breeze, and the iOS/Android applications provide a simple interface for the more advanced functions like live view, and modifying the cameras many settings.
The CM-1000 Sport Camera utilizes an iOS 6.0 and Android 4.2 app for use as a remote controller, angle monitor, a tool to change settings and video preview. Software for Windows 7 and Mac OS enables more comprehensive video editing, fish-eye view compensation, the display and integration of video and ANT+/ANT information to videos.
