No, sorry we cannot ship internationally.

Can you ship bikes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship bikes due to a supplier restriction. You can pick them up at your local 99 Bikes fully built. Click here to read more about the Click & Click progress.

How do I link my club account with my online account?

Just use the same email address and the two accounts will be linked.

I thought all orders over $120 ship free. Why am I being charged?

Unfortunately we must charge a small amount of freight on certain bulky items. We try to cover most of the cost wherever possible. Some of these items include bikes, trainers, car racks and bulky nutrition items.

I paid Express shipping but my tracking number is from Australia Post eParcel.

We send all of our Express post through Australia Post eParcel Express. While it might not look like it’s an Express tracking number, if you paid Express it’ll get anywhere within Australia in 3 days or less.

I spent over $500 this year. Where is my $25 voucher?

The $25 voucher is automatically emailed to qualifying customers at the end of the financial year.
