Six Team 99 Bikes riders headed out on Saturday 7th August for one of the key races on the SEQ road calendar, the infamous Cunningham Classic - 97km of Pain Train from Gatton To Warwick. Essentially the race is 42km of climbing, with the remainder of the race head down and bum up into headwind to Warwick. 2010 was no different!

Sunday 1st August saw Oli, Rick and Jimmy head out to Laidley to contest the Charles Coin Memorial road race, a tough 18km circuit held over 5 laps of hilly and windy smackdown.

On a bright sunny Sunday the 18th of July the Fusion Games were held in the streets of Newstead. This multi-sport festival included the J shaped Criterium which course covered the streets surrounding the Gasometer reminiscent of the old Gasworks.

Our race schedule has seen us travel up North for the final of 4 races in the Cycling Queensland teams series. This was clearly a place where tough men are bred, as the racing was hard and anyone not on top their game was going to be in trouble.

Round two of Queensland’s Sunshine Series was not so sunny. Recent rain had made the always damp rainforest section of the Illinbah track treacherous with slippery rocks and roots.
