In 2021 the Stride platform was redesigned with an improved Position of Power (POP) Geometry for a more powerful and efficient bike that climbs and descends swiftly. The lightweight hydro-formed alloy frame on the Silverback Stride 27 Expert sets the standard with durable and nimble performance when paired with the SR Suntour XCR32 Suspension Fork with 100mm travel for a smooth ride that is truly at home on the trails. You can get plenty of bang for your buck with the simple and efficient Shimano 1x12 speed drivetrain for a range of gears to tackle any terrain and Tektro M275 Hydraulic Disc Brakes that will more than meet your riding needs when it comes to power and control. On top of that, you get all of the trimmings, with tubeless-ready wheels, an integrated kickstand mount, and a tapered headset to form an excellent recreational bike. The Silverback Stride Expert Hardtail Mountain Bike offers a lightning-fast and efficient ride that is ready to hit every turn, climb, or descent with speed.
Position of Power (POP) Geometry:
Built to make sure your bigger muscles do the heavy lifting, POP geometry puts you in a more forward and balanced position for improved rear grip on climbs and better front traction while descending.
Lower Standover:
Both male and female riders will feel at home on this bike, with a lower standover height that improves confidence and control on the technical section and also allows you to use a longer dropper post.
Upgraded Parts:
Maxxis Rekon Race 2.35" TR EXO higher volume tyres that provide excellent grip and reliability paired with Shimano 1x 12 drivetrain that simplifies the use of gears and de-clutters the handlebars, makes for easier and cheaper maintenance and sheds some weight off the bike.
