Customer Service Experience: 2.5 years with 99 Bikes, 10 years in various customer service, hospitality, and management roles.
Riding Experience: 7 years mountain biking, 1 year racing.
What do you love about bikes?: The rush you get from going fast over the rough stuff, and the feeling of nailing something hard.
Expertise: Mountain Bikes, Suspension.
Current Bikes: Nukeproof Mega 290, Pedal Raider, Scott Gambler 720, Commencal Meta HT, Colony Premise, Merida One-Forty.
Favourite Ride: Anywhere in the bush with my dog running beside me.

Beau Harrison

Name: Beau Harrison
Role: Future Team Leader
Customer Service Experience: Several years working in childcare while studying a bachelor degree.
Riding Experience: I rode my bike absolutely everywhere as a child, bought a mountain bike about 4 years ago to get back into it and since then haven't looked back. I've ridden trails all around Australia.
What do you love about bikes?: How fast I'm able to get under my own power and the freedom they give you in getting from point A to point B.

Riding Experience: I rode heaps with a flat bar commuter everywhere as a kid, bought a bike to commute with 2 years ago and fell in love with riding. Now I ride everyday, everywhere and race in local crits and road races.

James Linfoot

Name: James Linfoot
Role: Sales Consultant
Customer Service Experience: I've been working in bike shops since I was 14 years old, and in the last couple of years I have been simultaneously bartending as well in a number of different venues, customer service is my passion!
Riding Experience: I've ridden bikes my entire life, however my racing experience started with cross country mountain biking where I was a junior Queensland state champion. After that I took it to the road cycling scene and haven't looked back since!
What do you love about bikes?: The experience that bikes can bring the rider is unreal, nothing beats being able to freely explore the world around you, get fit, catch up with your mates and meet new people all at the same time!

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working with bikes in the UK along with having held sales positions in a few high street clothing retailers whilst studying at the University of Glasgow.
Riding Experience: I'm an ex rower, turned cycling obsessive and I've been riding on the road for the last 8 years. I've dabbled in a few casual competitive hillclimbs but nothing too serious.
What do you love about bikes?: I love the freedom of riding out into the country on my own or in a group, discovering new twisting roads and a few cafes along the way.
