About Me

Hi my name's John and I'm the proud dad of two young girls.

I live about 7 km away from where I work at Adelaide Airport. A few weeks ago I borrowed a friends e-bike to test the ride to and from work. With temperatures over 30 degrees that week, I was still able to turn up at work in a respectable state. The ride along the River Torrens is a glorious way to start and finish my work day and I'm thrilled to now have the means to do it on a regular basis!

I have pinched my wife’s old bike basket.

Ducked out for some Easter provisions – a leg of lamb, kilo of mince, 4-pack of beer and 2 bottles of Riesling! Unencumbered by the extra load, but now thinking of panier bags!
