How it works
HOW TO CHECK IF BOXED BIKE DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
Availability is based on the stock available, follow these steps to check if the boxed bike is available.
STEP 1
Select a product
Find the product you want to purchase, choose your size and click on the delivery option.
STEP 2
Check your location
Enter your postcode in the delivery tab and hit search.
STEP 3
Select bikes delivered boxed
If Bikes Delivered Boxed is not an available option, then there is no available stock for delivery.
How bike delivery works
Once you’ve found the bike and accessories you are looking for online, follow the steps below to place your order and organize for your bike to be delivered, ready to ride.
STEP 1
Place your order
Select the product and size you are interested in, click delivery, add your postcode, then select bikes delivered boxed. If this option does not appear, there is no available stock.
STEP 2
Order confirmation
Once your order is placed we will be in contact with you within 2 hours to confirm your order.
STEP 3
Bike Visually Inspected
Your bike will be visually inspected by our mechanics prior to delivery.
STEP 4
Bike Sent For Delivery
Your bike will be sent boxed through a courier to your delivery address. Authority to leave must be provided.
STEP 5
Delivered
Your bike will be delivered to your delivery address within 1 - 2 weeks.
STEP 6
Get Your Bike Built
We recommend organising your bike to be assembled by a qualified mechanic to ensure safety.
What To Know:
• Bikes are delivered partially assembled in a box. Some assembly is required.
• It is recommended that the bike is assembled by a qualified mechanic.
• Delivery typically takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
• All bikes are visually inspected by our mechanics before sending.
• Any non-bikes will be delivered separately and (most likely) faster.
