Name: Nick Fensom
Role: Team Leader
Customer Service Experience: 6 years with 99 Bikes! Providing unreal cycling experiences for the most amazing group of fitness junkies on the planet.
Expertise: MTB and Road cycles. After serving as a sales consultant and store manager, Nick decided to get his hands dirty and gain a professional qualification as a cycle mechanic. In addition to repairs, Nick has been developing and teaching service courses specifically for customers who want to get their own hands dirty!
Current Bikes: CUBE Stereo SL - 140mm Trail Masher, Merida Reacto 907 - Road Speed weapon.
Favourite Ride: Black Rock Trail - Mt Joyce MTB Park, or tearing up and down Death Adder and Dingo Trail at Gap Creek. On Road: The descent down from Mt Nebo and Glorious.
Name: Rick Wenck
Role: Sales Consultant
Experience: 10 years in fitness and coaching. Riding for a long time as cross training, now training for multi-discipline adventure races.

Experience: 7+ years of technical solutions, but now 3 years at Capalaba in the Workshop.
Expertise Lean towards MTB but you can talk to me about your road bike, gravel bike or commuting bike. I am versed well in finding upgrades/repairs which suit your usage or budget.
What do you love about bikes?: Versatility for our health and fitness, basic freedom of movement, ability for expression/personality growth, simplicity in transport, time travel and also the the oddity of why they work and why we like them.

Name: Phil Lita
Role: Mechanic Apprentice
Experience: 1st year apprentice, pumped out first ever adventure race this year!

What do you love about bikes?: Fitness, freedom of riding and the adventure!
