When will I receive my welcome email?
You will receive your welcome email within 1 business day of joining Club 99 and Club 99 Gold. If you have unsubscribed from marketing emails prior to joining you will not receive a welcome email.
Club 99 Gold, when will I get my $20 welcome gift voucher?
You'll receive your $20 welcome gift voucher for online use in your welcome email sent within 1 business day of joining. You will only receive the voucher when joining for the first time, not for renewing.
Will my Club 99 membership expire?
If you are a Club 99 member, your membership is for a lifetime and won't expire.
Will my Club 99 Gold membership expire?
Yes, if you are a Club 99 Gold member, your membership will expire 6 months from the time you purchase or renew the membership.
What happens when my Club 99 Gold membership expires?
You, will automatically become a Club 99 member and will have access to those benefits, you will not have to pay $5 to join Club 99.
Club 99 Gold, what is excluded from the 10% discount?
Garmin, Wahoo, gift cards, workshop labour Norco dual suspension mountain bikes, Merida, BMC & Norco bikes over $5,000 full price, and other products clearly marked so may be excluded at the discretion of 99 Bikes.
When will I receive my yearly $25 gift voucher?
Once you've qualified by spending $500 in a single financial(1 July - 30 June), you will be sent a $25 gift voucher in early July via email. If you're unsubscribed from marketing emails you will not receive a gift voucher.
