Name: Nick Wadsworth
Role: Sales Consultant
Customer Service Experience: Studying Secondary Education currently majoring in HPE, have coached with QLD cricket and various other sports.
What do you love about bikes?: It gives everyone an enjoyable way to get fit and healthy and is a great way to explore!
Expertise: Road bikes and flatbar commuters.
Current Bikes: Merida Scultura Team, Merida Reacto 907e (converted to flatbar for commuting), Argon 18 Krypton, Fluid Renegade MTB.
Favourite Ride: Brookfield Fingers, but can't go past a river loop + Coot-tha + coffee

Howard Duhs

Name: Howard Duhs
Role: Sales Consultant
Customer Service Experience: Around 30 years in the bicycle business.
What do you love about bikes?: Bikes are awesome. You can do anything on a bike. You can use them for transport, for exercise, for blowing off steam or simply for pleasure.
Expertise: Virtually every facet of cycling from road to mountain bike to bike fitting to commuting. Oh, and making sure you get the perfect gear for your bike.
Current Bikes: Scott Foil, Scott Genius, Scott Scale and I have my eye on a few Cube bikes.
Favourite Ride: Anywhere really. As long as the sun is out, its all good.

Customer Service Experience: Worked at Woolies for 7 years as a 2IC manager, then hospitality front of house and in a guest services role in the ski fields of Canada and Japan.
Riding Experience: Been riding bikes ever since I can remember. Grew up riding the hills around my house. Most recent is spending 2 years in Whistler shredding the bike park.
What do you love about bikes?: I love the freedom and the adrenaline rush from the speed you get.
Expertise: Mountain Biking, especially downhill and free ride.
Current Bikes: Pedal Gotham 3, only just got back to building up my garage of bikes.
Favourite Ride: Dirt Merchant to Lower A-Line in Whistler Bike Park.

Name: Matt Clay

Experience: New kid on the block, just moved up from Tassie with 5+ years retail experience.
What do you love about bikes?: There's a bike for literally any person for any situation. They're so versatile and a great way to commute to work, have fun or run errands.
Expertise: Expert question asker and knowledge retainer. So far a gun at tube and tyre changes and minor repairs, bike accessories and kids bikes.
Current Bikes: Currently speeding to and from work on the shop bike, got my eye on a Single Speed for getting to and from work and a Norco Sight A1 to hit the trails.
Favourite Ride: Looking foward to hitting up Gat Creek.
