Experience: As a university graduate with a few years of hospitality under my belt, I sought the next challenge for my communication skills as a mechanic at 99Bikes Kew. If it has wheels I'm interested, and having tinkered on cars and motorcycles since high school I'm fortunate now to offer both my customer service experience and technical knowledge to the Kewmunity.
Expertise: Extreme unicycling, observed trials, avoiding inclines on a single-speed.
What do you love about bikes?: The realisation when riding that the bike beneath you in nothing but good design and well-shaped materials working together for a single purpose. The mechanics of a bike are simple, but put together in the right way and they offer so much more than just transportation.
Current Bikes: JRI SS, Avanti Cadent, Merida CX, KH Uni.
Favourite Ride: The morning ride for coffee taking the quiet streets and all the time in the world. Anywhere in the Flinders Ranges too - SA has so much to offer if you’re willing to venture.
