The Merida Matts 7.20 Mountain Bike is an entry-level hardtail mountain bike designed with comfort in mind when exploring outdoors whether on the trails or off. The Merida Matts 7.20 has a scope of carefully considered components that mean you can enjoy a day out with plenty of confidence. The Merida Matts 7.20 Mountain Bike features a mixed Shimano Acera and Shimano Tourney drivetrain with 3 chainrings at the front and 8 gears at the rear, providing you with plenty of range for steep climbs and descents while still keeping things affordable. Merida have chosen to kit this bike out with Shimano Hydraulic disc brakes meaning you can have confidence in all conditions knowing you've got a reliable braking system that stops when you need to. The Merida Matts 7.20 mountain bike features a lightweight aluminium frame with a 135 x 9mm axle standard. you'll find more natural trails with tree roots and loose rocks quite comfortable with the Suntour XCT30 HLO fork which has 100mm of travel and a lockout function meaning you'll easily be able to find the sweet spot no matter the terrain, keeping things comfortable and efficient - a huge benefit to this fork.
