Yes, at all 99 Bikes stores in Australia.
Can you fit bike parts that I’ve purchased elsewhere?
No, we will only fit parts that have been purchased from 99 Bikes.
Can I transfer my bike service plan to another bike?
No, your Service Plan is only available to the bike you purchased from 99 Bikes.
Can I purchase a Service Plan for a bike I’ve purchased elsewhere?
No, the Service Plan is only available for new bikes purchased from 99 Bikes.
Can I renew my Service Plan after it expires?
No, it is only available for the first 12 months of your new bike purchase.
Can I transfer my bike service plan to another person, like a friend or family member to use?
No, the Service Plan is non-transferable.
Term and conditions
The service plan is linked to one specific bike and is only available to Club 99 Members. The service plan cannot be transferred to a different bike or owner. Any service labour will need to be booked in with the workshop. Can only be purchased with a new bike purchased from 99 Bikes. 12 months starts from the invoice date of your bike purchase. *$500 labour credit can only be used for workshop labour within the 12 months service plan period and does not include parts or accessories. *10% Off Club 99 Price for bike parts. The service plan is not available for corporate/group purchases or bikes used for commercial use.
