When will I receive my welcome email?
You will receive your welcome email within 1 business day of joining Club 99. If you have unsubscribed from marketing emails prior to joining you will not receive a welcome email.
Will my Club 99 membership expire?
If you are a Club 99 member, your membership is for a lifetime and won't expire.
When will I receive my yearly $25 gift voucher?
Once you've qualified by spending $500 in a single financial year (1 July-30 June), you will be sent a $25 gift voucher in early July via email. If you're unsubscribed from marketing emails you will not receive a gift voucher.
