99 Bikes

"WE DO THE RIGHT THING, NOT THE EASY OR SELF SERVING THING."

When it comes to living by our philosophies and making the world a better place, doing is much more important than talking about it. We aim to be The World’s Most Approachable Bike Shops and these initiatives help us give back to the community, welcome everyone into our stores and make coming to work enjoyable for all of our people.

Our Social Initiatives

Earning to Give

Earning to Give

Since 2026 the Pedal Group has donated over $3.2 million on our employee’s behalf to charities of their choice.  In FY25 we donated over $350K supporting 45 charities in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.  See our latest ESG Report for more details.  Over the years we are so proud to have funded impact at amazing charities such as Beyond Blue, WWF, Breast Cancer Network Australia, Black Dog Institute, Seabin Foundation and Starlight Children Foundation.

Community Support

Community Support

We have a goal to contribute at least $100,000 in support (via donations, products and time) to promote, increase & support riding in our communities in 2025.  Throughsupporting a range of bike riding charities and local community groups we hope to both promote cycling and give back to local communities.  We are proud to be tracking closely towards our $100,000 community giving goal for 2025.  See our latest ESG report for more details.

Supply Chain Transparency

Supply Chain Transparency

As a B Corp and a growing global business, our community and key stakeholders include our suppliers and business partners who are located throughout the world. Focusing on ethical, responsible, and transparent business practices is a key priority for us. We want to better understand the environmental and social standards throughout our supply chain.  We are currently completing a limited human rights assessment of our operations and supply chain in 2025.

Welcome Here Project

Welcome Here Project

We want to make sure everyone feels welcome at any 99 Bikes they walk into which is why we are a proud participant of the Welcome Here Project. The Welcome Here Project supports businesses and services throughout Australia to create and promote environments that are visibly welcoming and inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) communities.
