Terms and conditions

The Promoter is Pedal Bikes and 99 Bikes Pty Ltd ABN 87 123 966 665 of 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills Qld 4006. (“Promoter”). Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. The competition will commence at 12:30pm AEDT on Friday 20 May 2022 and will continue until 11.59pm AEDT on Tuesday, 31 May 2022. Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by 1.) following @pedalbikes_au on Instagram and 2.) Tag a friend in the comment section on Instagram. The promoter will select a winner at random and will announce the winner via Instagram Stories on Wednesday 1st of June 2022.

Multiple entries per Eligible Entrant are allowed. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize. Each winner will receive one prize pack consisting of: Two (2) Pedal Pacer Bikes valued at $549 each. The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes will decide what prize pack each winner receives.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than what is expressly set out in the conditions above. All expenses and use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and, as applicable. The Prize Winner will be responsible for collecting the prize from a 99 Bikes store location, store locations here: https://www.99bikes.com.au/stores. Other costs incurred as a result of collecting your bike are at the cost to the prize winner. Prize winners will be selected at the discretion of 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes. The prize winners’ details will be published on the promoter’s social media channels no later than Wednesday 1st of June 2022. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
