The Pedal Viking Hardtail is an exciting cross-country hardtail with a modern Down Country twist! Its modern design features a longer travel and stiff Boost thru-axle equipped fork for stability and a lightweight aluminium frame for stability and performance. Wide 720mm handlebars ensure you have a stable platform and gain traction on faster flow trails when paired with double-walled 29" wheels allowing the Viking to roll freely on all terrain. The single chainring ensures greater bottom bracket clearance and provides reduced shifting complexity. The simple and efficient 1 x 12 Speed Shimano Deore drivetrain means you have a wide-range drivetrain to decrease effort while climbing long hills. The Deore Shadow+ clutch feature means you'll experience reduced chain slap and increased chain retention. And if the going gets tough or you feel like the trail's getting the better of you then the 160mm hydraulic disc brakes offer great modulation and power to ensure you can come to a stop calmly and safely. The Pedal Viking was designed for all riders and like its namesake march relentlessly over all kinds of terrain!
