Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you're not, you have 30 days to either return, and get a refund, or exchange for something else. If you have purchased online, we will even ship the replacement item back out to you for free - does not apply to bulky goods. Return shipping rate available on request.

Provided all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging, 99 Bikes will happily offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of original purchase.

Warranty Of Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, we will facilitate this for you through the manufacturer or supplier provided it meets conditions of warranty. Depending on what you have purchased, and the nature of the fault, we will advise you the next course of action. Please note some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed as the issue progresses.

To obtain a return or exchange online, please complete “Exchange & Return Form” and enclose with the relevant items. To obtain a copy of this form click here.

To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held whilst the returning order is in transit, email in advance with the below information. If the item you require is out of stock, an online credit note or refund will be issued if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.

99 Bikes reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or credit note.

Please note:

  • 99 Bikes will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  • You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, 99 Bikes will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for refund to be processed. Please note that once the refund is processed by 99 Bikes, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependant on your financial institution.

For Garmin products, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly if you have any problem operating the product. We find this to be the fastest and most effective means of troubleshooting, and resolving Garmin product issues. Phone: 1800 235 822
