Returning Items

  • We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.
  • All items must in new condition with original packaging.
  • Online purchases may be returned to any 99 Bikes store, or by following the instructions below.
  • Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
  • Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
  • In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.

Online Returns Instructions

To obtain a refund or exchange for an online order, follow the instructions below.

Step 1
 
Complete the Exchange & Return Form and include it when you return the items.
Step 2
 
Place your item(s) and completed form back in the original packaging and reĀ­seal the packaging ready for shipping.
Step 3
 
Attach a new posting label and post the parcel at any registered post office.
Step 4
 
Retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 3 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.

99 Bikes will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, 99 Bikes will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.

Warranties

99 Bikes reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund will be issued.
