Within 30 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging. Learn more


Refunds for all purchases in­-store require customer sale details or the original receipt. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.*


Exchanges for all purchases in­-store require customer sale details or the original receipt provided. Exchanges are available 30 days from original purchase.

*No cash kept on premises, cash refund processed via direct deposit when valid ID is supplied.

Missing An Item?

Some items may be sent from an alternative warehouse and will arrive separately. Please refer to the tracking emails you will have received for more details.

To obtain a return or exchange online, please complete “Exchange & Return Form” and enclose with the relevant items and receipt. Obtain the form here.

Place your item(s) and completed “Exchange & Return Form” back in the original packaging and re­seal the packaging ready for shipping.

Attach a new posting label and proceed to drop off your parcel at any registered post office. Please ensure all prior instructions have been completed.

  • 99 Bikes reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or credit note.
  • 99 Bikes will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, 99 Bikes will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  • You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
  • Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
  • Please note that once the refund is processed by 99 Bikes, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependant on your financial institution
  • Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
  • These conditions do not effect your standard Australian Consumer rights.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. One Year Consumer Products Limited Warranty

Non-aviation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin Australasia will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Can I return an item if I do not have the original packaging?

No, we will only accept returns and exchanges if the product is returned in it's original saleable condition and packaging.

What is original saleable condition and packaging?

Items intended for return or exchange must meet the follow criteria:

  • Items must not be used / worn
  • Items must not be damaged
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must have tags attached where applicable
  • Items must be in a saleable condition
