The VelectriX Ascent 29" Electric Hardtail Mountain Bike is a fun, versatile, and value-packed electric hardtail mountain bike ready for action on the trails, commute to work, or both!! The Ascent comes with a Bafang 250-watt rear hub motor and a fully integrated 11.6ah (417-watt-hours) lithium-ion battery providing powerful assistance up to a 60-kilometre distance, and with a quick 4-hour recharge time, you can be back on the saddle in no time. These brakes give you confidence that you'll stop when you need to and with a hydraulic system you will have greater control and better feedback through your levers, hydraulic systems aren't prone to cable stretch and self-adjust as your brake pads wear down - meaning you can focus on the riding!
