To begin the warranty process, please ensure you follow the below instructions.

Contact us using the below warranty form - please provide as much information as possible so that we can best assist you.*
Step 2
We will contact you to discuss your warranty claim further.
Step 3
We will either request you to take the item to your closest store, or ask you to send the item back to our warehouse for processing
  • You will be notified when your item has been received in our warehouse and the warranty process has begun.
  • We will contact you once your warranty claim has been accepted, rejected, and whenever more information is required.

*Please ensure that you have completed the necessary troubleshooting, as any additional troubleshooting carried out by 99 Bikes may result in an increased turnaround time.

While we aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee this during busy periods or over public holidays.

The average turnaround time for warranty claims is 4 - 6 weeks. Unfortunately, 99 Bikes is unable to guarantee a set timeframe as it varies significantly between our suppliers and manufacturers.
