The powerful magnets create the resistance and for this reason this trainer is so easy to setup, just put the skewer in the skewer cups and you're good to go. This trainer connects via both Bluetooth and ANT+ for simple and reliable connection with your favourite training apps. When you're done you can just fold up the Flight and store it under your bed or in a cupboard as it folds up to be quite small and weighs under 8kg.
