The Cube Axial Road Bike brings innovation to a women's specific race model featuring a tapered head tube, a cross-ovalised down tube and front and rear thru-axles come together to deliver a stable platform with complete steering accuracy thats incredibly fast. With greater compliant in key areas of the carbon frame the Axial delivers great comfort even on longer rides keeping you fresh to push the limits whatever the conditions.
Stiff and Compliant
With a unique carbon layup lateral stiffness in increased giving better acceleration and control, while other areas of the frame are more compliant - absorbing imperfections in the road keeping you comfortable!
Advanced Twin Mould
Precise inserts are used to ensure extra strength at high-stress frame points, offering maximum control over fibre orientations during the lay-up and production process. This results in outstanding product safety and quality together with optimum weight and stiffness characteristics.
Tapered Head Tube
This design is stiffer than a conventional straight head tube and yields a more secure ride feel even in difficult terrain. Minimal flex at the front of the frame means the greatest possible steering precision. With the larger steerer, the forks become more rigid and the weight is saved due to the absence of bearing shells as the lower bearing is fully integrated into the head tube.
