The Cube Nuroad Race FE Gravel Bike is a great introduction to gravel riding, commuting and everything in between thanks to its versatile design which combines the versatility of a mountain bike with the slick performance of a road bike. As a result, the Nuroad has plenty of clearance for up to 45mm tyres and features internal cable routing to keep the mechanicals protected from the elements. While the Nuroad has a superlight Aluminium frame to provide the same sleek performance of your classic road bike paired with a carbon fork to increase comfort by absorbing vibration. It also features thru-axles to improve durability, responsiveness and steering over rough surfaces.
The 2 x 11 speed Shimano GRX drivetrain will allow you to let it rip, giving you the range of gears to tackle any surface or climb. Matched with the durable Shimano GRX Hydraulic Disc Brakes, you'll have powerful and responsive braking power in all conditions. Naturally, Cube realised that people want to use the Nuroad Race FE for commuting and bike-packing adventures, so they've equipped it to be ready for any adventure by including a number of their favourite accessories: ACID 50 mudguards, an ACID SL rear carrier for mounting side panniers, front and rear lights with a compatible Front Dynamo Hub and an ACID Pro Kickstand. The Nuroad Race FE Gravel Bike is a lightweight gravel bike ready to go bikepacking straightaway thanks to the kit Cube has included while it's always ready for your everyday commute.
Hydraulic Disc Brakes
Hydraulic disc brakes offer better braking performance in all conditions, including wet weather and offroad. The hydraulic system offers greater control and better feedback through your levers for increased braking confidence!
Thru-Axles
Thru-Axles enable greater lateral wheel stiffness meaning better control and performance, while also providing precise disc brake alignment making removing your wheels easier than ever. While thru-axles offer a range of performance benefits they also look great, offering a cleaner more integrated look than a standard quick-release axle.
Tyre Clearance up to 45mm
This bike comes with an array of modern features including greater clearances in the frame and fork to allow for wider tyres up to 45mm. This extra width provides improved durability and control on variable surfaces, while simultaneously allowing you to run lower pressures. As a result, you'll be able to maintain faster rolling speeds with better all-day comfort as the tyre absorbs imperfections on the trail surface. If you have mudguards installed, you'll be restricted to 40mm tyres.
