Energy Gels from Endura are a convenient way to replenish energy whilst on the go. Designed to stop you ‘hitting the wall’, the gels take effect almost immediately. They assist in maintaining glycogen levels throughout your ride, for more consistent energy flow. It is recommended that you take at least 3 gels for a 100km ride combined with food intake (nutrition bars).

The Gels contain immediate impact carbs for instant energy combined with slow release carbohydrates for long-term energy giving you long lasting performance. Endura Sports Energy Gels are a convenient energy source with energy boosters like caffeine, and a blend of immediate impact and slow release carbohydrates to sustain energy levels. You can store them on you and just take with water as you need. They are an easy way of keeping glycogen levels up and are suitable for taking either during the whole event, or to get you through when you hit the wall.

The 35g serve gives you 444kj of energy or 26g of carbohydrates.

SUGGESTED USE:

Before exercise: One sachet 15 minutes prior to exercise.
During exercise: On longer rides, one sachet every 30 minutes with fluid to prevent glycogen depletion and energy loss. 
After exercise: One sachet directly after exercise to aid recovery.

NUTRITION: 

Adult mixing directions: Before exercise: 1 sachet 15 minutes prior to exercise. During exercise: 1 sachet every 30 mins with fluid. After exercise: 1 sachet directly after exercise
