Hydroformed Tubes
Using their Hydro Forming System, Merida creates frames that are strong yet lightweight. The tubes are inserted into a negative mould and a hot emulsion of water and oil is passed through them at pressure which enables them to be formed into complex shapes while still retaining strength.
