The Merida Speeder 10 V is a flat-bar road bike with a focus on comfort and reliability which makes this an excellent commuter or recreational bike. The Speeder 10 V’s frame is made from Racelite 61 Aluminium (6061) and is lighter and more advanced than previous years. Merida use an additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thickness to produce light and stiff frames. The frame geometry allows you to have a relaxed and upright riding position that is comfortable and gives you more control with less effort. 

The flat-bar riding position is very comfortable, providing you with better visibility and control compared to the traditional drop-bar road bikes, particularly when riding a bit slower. The Speeder 10 V is equipped with V-Brakes and a 3x7 speed Shimano drivetrain that will give you a very smooth ride every single time. Features

X-Taper Headtube: Using a tapered head tube with 1 1/8" bearings in the top and 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" in the bottom creates superb stiffness and precise, confidence inspiring steering.

Internal Cable: Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

F-Mount: ‘F-Mount’ equipped bikes have integrated fittings for mud guards (some bikes require model specific mud guards), making fitting fast and simple.
