The Norco Torrent 1 HT 29" Frame is a steel frame which is the ideal platform for you to build your ideal hardtail mountain bike. Norco have built the Torrent with a longer reach, slacker head and steeper seat post angle for a more forward weight distribution within a longer wheelbase.
