What is a Pre-Order item?
Items listed as 'Pre-Order' have not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your item. The item(s) will be be available from your chosen store as soon as it arrives without you having to do anything further.

How much do I need to pay for a pre-order?
Online Pre-Orders attract a full up-front purchase which is fully refundable. Generally, in-store bikes attract a minimum 10% deposit with a maximum of $500 while all other items require a 50% deposit.
Checking the status of an ETA for an item on Pre-Order:
For any questions regarding the ETA of your order, contact our Customer Service Team. Please be aware that ETAs are out of our control and can be subject to change.
How do I know if an item has been listed for Pre-Order?
You can tell if an item has been listed for pre-order by viewing the product page. It should clearly feature a Pre-Order badge as well as relevant collection information in the delivery method section.
What happens when the stock arrives?
Once the stock has arrived, your collection store will contact you to arrange pick-up.
Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact the Customer Service Team to process cancellation.
Cancelled Orders:
If an item on pre-order is no longer available from the supplier, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will process a refund.
