PRE-ORDER FAQ

What is a Pre-Order item? 

Items listed as 'Pre-Order' have not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece. The item(s) will be shipped out to you as soon as it arrives without you having to do anything further. 

Estimated Arrival Policy: 

Is the expected date of arrival on a new product released to the public or an item that is temporarily out of stock. ETA's are beyond our control and can be delayed. 

Checking the status of an ETA for an item on Pre-Order: 

As soon as we get information on the expected arrival of a product we will update the Pre-Order Estimated Arrival in the table below. If you have any further questions, contact our Customer Service Team.

How do I know if an item has been listed for Pre-Order?

You can tell if an item has been listed for pre-order by viewing the product page. It should be clearly labelled in the title and a note with the expected ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) can be found in the description. 

What happens when the stock arrives? 

Once the stock has arrived, your order will be sent out with the corresponding tracking number. 

Cancelled Orders: 

If an item on pre-order is no longer available from the supplier, you will be notified and we will process a refund.
