The Freedom Thorn Resistant Schrader Valve Tube has an extra thick road side surface to protect against thorns and rough surfaces to help you avoid the annoyance of flat tyres. However, they're made a little thinner on the rim side to keep the rolling weight lower than a standard thorn-resistant tube.
