The Merida Matts J24 is a stylish bike designed for 8-13 year olds that provides kid specific components for the most fun riding experience possible. The lightweight alloy frame is much easier to handle and control than market standard steel frames, and is built with a lower standover height and 24" wheels to accomodate young riders. The Suntour XCT-JR suspension fork and alloy rims are built to handle all kinds of bumps and obstacles kids are bound to encounter which, combined with quality Tektro disc brakes, will give kids a safe ride with incredible stopping power that'll last for years to come.
