    About Me

Having worked in engineering and manufacturing, I've seen first-hand the environmental toll that we place on our planet.

My experience has made me more aware of the long-term consequences of my actions, and what a big difference small changes can make!

I am now working part-time at a green tech startup whilst completing my postgrad in Environmental Engineering at UNSW. I hope to be an advocate for our planet and inspire others to do what they can to live as sustainably as possible.

In my spare time I love hanging out with my partner, our staffy Hammer, and our friends.

    I enjoy the

    About Me

Hi my name's John and I'm the proud dad of two young girls.

I live about 7 km away from where I work at Adelaide Airport. A few weeks ago I borrowed a friends e-bike to test the ride to and from work. With temperatures over 30 degrees that week, I was still able to turn up at work in a respectable state. The ride along the River Torrens is a glorious way to start and finish my work day and I'm thrilled to now have the means to do it on a regular basis!

    About Me

I live with the 2 others who starred in my winning audition video, my husband Chris and our Greyhound X Ridgeback Clutch.

When I first met Chris he had a Rabbit named Puss and I started the learnings of a life time, lessons that have translated into my career and have proven themselves personally over and over.

Honouring your promise of support and committing to it provide the foundations for growth and success.

    About Me

For my about section: Jacob is a second year commerce and law student at the University of Sydney.

In his spare time you will find him (slowly) thrashing up bobbin head with mum and dad, or spending time with his mini-dachshund.

An advocate for green-transport and with an interest in sustainable living borne from his geography studies in highschool, Jacob is keen to demonstrate how easy it is to ride to work on an e-bike.

    About Me

I live in Coorparoo, an inner Southern suburb of Brisbane and work for a small business which recently relocated out to Acacia Ridge.

As a strong advocate for reducing my carbon footprint, I have been commuter cycling for years. When we renovated our modest 1950's cavity brick home, the roof tiles were coated with heat reflective paint, we installed ceiling and wall insulation, and attached refurbished awnings to the windows and deck. A 6kW rooftop solar array powers our home, charges my e-bike and feeds energy into the grid.

    My partner & I landscaped our 850m2

    About Me

Hi, my name is Peta. I’m a mum of two young boys, and work at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital campus. I have been cycle commuting around 26km return to work for the last few years, however its become more difficult to do this on a regular basis with kindy/school drop off and pickup and a hilly cycle route to navigate.

I am very excited to join the 2021 99 Bikes Green Team as an electric bike will allow me to commute more frequently and make it easier on the hills and with the kids in the trailer.
