Name: George Pratley
Role: Team Leader
Experience: 3 Years Team Leader. NZ National Downhill series. Oceania Downhill series.
Expertise: Downhill and Enduro bikes. Suspension Tuning/Set up.
What do you love about bikes?: I love getting out on the trails and learning new skills with my friends and customers. There are so many trails with amazing scenery open to the public in our area. Those feelings of freedom and flow are really hard to beat!

Name: Cooper Graham
Role: Future Team leader
Customer Service Experience: 4 years.
Riding Experience: I started riding bikes at 5 years old and never looked back. My riding ranges from racing downhill to road cycling. In 2017 I raced some SEQDH races with some podium finishes. This year I’ve jumped aboard a road bike and competed in the Tour de Brisbane as well as many other rides. This year I’ll be competing in more SEQDH events and racing varies rounds at the QLD enduro series.
Expertise: Mountain Bikes and Road bikes.
What do you love about bikes?: I love being able to get out amongst nature and enjoy the freedom with good mates and riding buddies. There are no limits to riding and it becomes just you, the bike and the trails. I also thrive on the competitive side of racing varies disciplines.
Current Bikes: 2018 Cube Stereo 140 HPC race, 2019 Cube Stereo 140 HPC Team edition and a 2019 Merida Scultura 5000 custom build.
Favourite Ride: Can’t go past an awesome session at Daisy Hill or Cornubia being so close. For the more serious rides, Castle Hill or Mt Joyce makes for a thrilling and action-packed day.
Name: John Ayers
Role: Sales Consultant
Experience: Over 30 years in the industry working with customers in Retail Sales, Account Management & Business Development .It’s fantastic finding the right solution for your customers needs. Been riding since my early teenage years. My wife believes the reason our marriage has lasted over 45 years is she has always allowed me to have a mistress.
Expertise: Road, Flat Bar & Hybrids and more recently E-Bikes with extensive experience in bike fitting. Trained in both Velogicfit & Bike Fitting systems.
What do you love about bikes?: The positives everyone can derive from cycling.

Role: Sales Consultant
Experience: Been riding on and off my whole life, Have experience in the Fashion Industry and the Logistics and Supply Chain sector. A great personality for sales!
Expertise: Bmx, Dirt Jumpers, Hard Tails.
What do you love about bikes?: I love the freedom of rolling on two wheels, the fresh air and the grip and feedback of your tires as you swerve freely from left to right in S shapes.

Favourite Ride: The zip to the gym on my home streets!
Name: Jack Vollert
Role: Sales Consultant
Experience: After a degree in Business and Engineering and becoming president of the QUT Cycling Club I decided to follow my passion and start my career at 99 Bikes
Expertise: Owning a lot of bikes… But I spend most of my time training and racing on the road
What do you love about bikes?: Cycling is such a versatile sport, in a week you can do a coffee roll, rip it on the trails in the forest, race a crit and climb some incredible mountains

Name: Matthew Ayers
Experience: I have over 30 years of experience in bike stores. From working in my fathers store as a teenager to owning my own store for 11 years.
Expertise: I am proficient in servicing all kinds of bikes. Experienced wheel builder and bike fitter.

Name: Ronan Kelly
Experience: I have over a year of experience being a mechanic.
What do you love about bikes?: I love riding my road bike and racing criterions and other racing. Also working on road bikes.
Expertise: Road bike servicing.
Current Bikes: Giant propel advanced pro 1 SL.
Favourite Ride: Brookfield ride.
Name: Isaac James
Experience: I have over 18 years experience in the bicycle trade, both in New Zealand and Australia. I have worked in a variety of roles during this time: mechanic, workshop manager and store manager.
What do you love about bikes?: I love all aspects of bikes! I have done down hilling and cross country riding in some of the most amazing terrain in New Zealand. I am now teaching my kids to ride! I love to hear about my customers experiences and help them get the best out of their bikes. I love the challenge of fixing all different types of bikes!
Expertise: I'm a Shimano Certified Technician and am proficient in servicing Rock Shox suspension, hydraulic disc brakes and wheel builds.
